Heidi Maher

Heidi brings over 15 years of experience in insurance operations and administration to her role as an Administrative Assistant at Black Diamond Custom Wealth Management. Before joining Black Diamond, she served as a Broker Manager for one of the largest health insurers in the United States, where she developed a deep understanding of industry processes, platforms, and compliance standards.

A dedicated professional, Heidi is passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues through her strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Her extensive knowledge allows her to navigate complex administrative systems efficiently and provide seamless support across the firm. She is also a holder of a Life, Accident and Health Insurance license.

Outside of work, Heidi is a devoted wife and mother of three boys. She enjoys spending time outdoors, whether camping, skiing, hiking, or taking long walks with her two Labrador Retrievers.
